What should my list look like?
A spreadsheet is easiest: one row per person, with the name and each part of the address in its own column. Put the headings on the top line so we can match them to the piece. If your file came out of a church directory, a booking system or a point-of-sale till, send it as it is and we will tell you what is missing before anything prints.
Can you get me a mailing list?
No. We do not sell, rent or source lists of people, and we stopped offering that. The list has to be yours already: your customers, your members, your patients. If you have nobody to write to yet, Every Door Direct Mail is the one to look at, because it covers whole carrier routes and needs no names at all.
Will my mailing qualify for bulk postage rates?
It depends on how many pieces you are sending. We hold a USPS mailing permit, so once a mailing is big enough to meet the post office's minimum for presort it goes out with a permit imprint instead of stamps, at the lower rate. Below that it goes at the ordinary rate. Tell us the size of your list and we will say which one applies. We confirm your date when we send the quote.
