What is the difference between optical crystal, jade glass and acrylic awards?
Optical crystal is clear and heavy and throws light like a prism, so it reads as the top piece in a set. Jade glass has a green cast at the edges and a softer look. Art glass is hand-shaped, so no two match. Acrylic is the lightest and takes UV printing well.
What kind of logo file do you need for a deep-etched award?
A vector file is best, since etching works from clean outlines rather than pixels. A high-resolution image with a transparent background can work for a simple mark. Very fine lines and small text lose detail in glass, so we will tell you if a logo needs simplifying.
What do you need from me to quote awards for a recognition event?
The material and size you have in mind, how many pieces you need, and the wording for each one, with names spelled the way the recipient spells them. If you are not sure which award suits the occasion, describe the event and we will suggest a few options.
