Should I choose a structured or unstructured baseball cap?
Structured caps hold their shape with a stiffened front panel, which keeps an embroidered logo flat and upright, so they suit crisp corporate marks. Unstructured caps have a soft front that follows the head for a more casual, worn-in look.
Will my logo work embroidered on a cap?
Most logos do. Embroidery renders bold shapes and type well, but very fine lines and small text can fill in as stitches sit next to each other. Send your artwork and we will tell you whether it needs simplifying for the cap size before we quote.
How do I order caps for a team with different head sizes?
Snapback and velcro caps adjust, so one size covers most of a group and you only need a total count. If you want fitted caps, collect each person's size first, then send the breakdown with your artwork and we will quote the run.
