Embroidery with texture

Screen Printing & Embroidery Services: questions
Should I screen print or embroider my garments?
Screen printing suits large graphics, bright colors and bigger runs, and it lays flat on a t-shirt. Embroidery suits logos on polos, caps and jackets, where stitched thread reads as more formal and stands up to hard wear. Plenty of orders use both across different pieces.
What is digitizing and why does embroidery need it?
Digitizing turns your logo into a stitch file that tells the machine the path, direction and density of every stitch. It is not an automatic conversion; someone decides how each shape gets filled. We digitize in-house, so the sew-out follows the artwork you sent.
Is there a minimum order for screen printing or embroidery?
It varies by method. Screen printing needs a screen made for each color, so it suits larger runs. Direct-to-garment, heat transfer vinyl and embroidery work at much smaller counts. Tell us the garment, the design and how many you need and we will point you to the right method.
