Should I choose screen printing or DTG for my shirts?
Screen printing suits larger runs and designs built from a set number of solid ink colors, and the ink sits bright and heavy on cotton. Digital DTG prints straight from the file, so it handles photographs, gradients and shorter counts without a screen for every color.
What artwork do you need to print a custom t-shirt?
Send vector art where you have it, or a high-resolution file at the size the print will actually appear on the garment. Tell us the ink colors you want and the shirt color they will sit on. We check every file for resolution and color before the run starts.
How many shirts do I have to order?
Tell us the total and the size breakdown across Youth XS to Adult 5XL Tall, and we will quote from that. Runs of 24 pieces and up are quoted as a volume run. Let us know the date you need them by and we will confirm what is workable when we quote.
