From request to ready to list

Your property. One well-planned session.

Choose what you need, tell us when works, and we will help you get the property ready.

01 · Plan

Build your session.

Tell us the property, pick a package or build your own, and send the dates that suit you. We reply within 24 hours to confirm availability, travel and any flight requirements. You pay once the session and the price are agreed.

02 · Photograph

Have the property ready.

Make the beds, clear the counters, put the bins away and move personal items out of view. We photograph the prepared rooms and the outdoor spaces we agreed. Twilight extends the same visit into dusk. Interiors are photographed without people in them.

03 · Publish

Put your gallery to work.

Photographs arrive within 24 hours for a sale listing and within 48 hours for a rental, with the cover image chosen and the gallery ordered. Films and virtual tours follow within 48 hours.

A finished gallery, ready to publish.

Thoughtful coverage

The prepared rooms, the outdoor amenities we agreed, and the details that make the property itself. How many photographs depends on the layout and the features, not on a quota.

Properly edited

Balanced color and exposure, verticals straightened, and both full-resolution and web-ready JPEGs so the same gallery works in print and on a listing.

Ready to put to work

Your cover photograph chosen and the gallery arranged in listing order. The permission that matches what you are marketing comes with the session.

Ready when you are.

Tell us about the property, choose what you need, and send us the dates that suit you. We reply within 24 hours with the session details and the price for your approval.

Build your session

A few things to know.

Why is a rental session priced differently from a sale listing?

They are different jobs. A sale listing wants efficient, complete coverage of the rooms, the layout and the features, for as long as the property is on the market. A rental session is planned around the guest — the amenities, the atmosphere, the details that make someone book — and it comes with permission to keep marketing the rental.

Do I need a subscription or a contract?

No. There is no subscription, no exclusivity and no minimum number of bookings at the published rates. Each session has its own agreement covering scope, payment, cancellation and image use, agreed before any work starts.

When will I have everything?

Photographs and the basic floor plan arrive within 24 hours of the session for a sale listing, and within 48 hours for a rental. Films and virtual tours follow within 48 hours. There is no rush tier to buy — those are the times.

Where can I use the photographs?

Wherever you are marketing that property: the listing, the platforms it appears on, your own website, social media, paid advertising for the property and printed material for it. Mt Ida Print keeps the copyright; resale, stock distribution, advertising unrelated to the property and transfer to a new owner are separate permissions. Your agreement names the scope.

What happens if we cannot fly?

Aerial work needs suitable weather, airspace clearance and safe access, and we check all three before confirming. If conditions change after that, we agree the revised scope or price with you before going ahead — you are never charged for a flight that did not happen.

Does requesting availability book my session?

No. We reply within 24 hours to go through your dates, the travel and any flight requirements, then send the session details and price for your approval. You pay after that.

Can I ask for changes to a film?

One consolidated round of minor changes is included when you ask within seven days. New concepts, reshoots, voiceover and presentation edits are quoted separately, and an unbranded version is available where the destination requires one.
