Where can a logo be embroidered on a polo?
Left chest is the standard placement, with sleeves and the upper back also available. Designs run up to 10,000 stitches, drawing on 15 thread colors, so most company logos can be matched closely without being redrawn from scratch.
What logo file works best for embroidery?
A vector file gives the cleanest result, because your logo has to be converted into a stitch path. Thread cannot hold very fine lines or text much under a quarter inch, so small elements are usually thickened or dropped. We will tell you what changes before stitching.
What is the minimum order for work polos?
Twelve pieces. Send the size breakdown, the fabric you want, and any individual names, job titles or department coding you need stitched, and we will quote it. Tell us the date you need them by and we will confirm what is workable.
