Should I print or embroider a sweatshirt?
Print when the design is large, colorful or covers the chest or back, since ink can cover a wide area and reproduce fine color blends. Embroider when you want a small, hard-wearing mark, such as a left-chest logo on staff wear that gets washed often.
What file format works best for sweatshirt artwork?
Vector files are ideal, because they scale to any chest size without going soft. If you only have a raster image, send the largest version you have, at 300 dpi at print size. We check every file for size and color and will say if it will not hold up.
How do I work out how many of each size to order?
Collect sizes from your group before you send the order, because sweatshirts are made to order and the count is set once the run starts. Send the size breakdown, the garment color and your artwork, and we will quote the whole order together.
