Recycled PET is light and holds a full-color print well. Organic cotton feels closest to a retail tote. Jute is stiff and coarse, which suits a natural look and heavier contents. Non-woven polypropylene is the workhorse for large giveaways.
How should I set up artwork for a printed tote bag?
Work at the finished print size and keep the design clear of seams, handles and pockets. Vector logos hold their edges on woven and non-woven fabric, while hairlines and small text tend to fill in. Send the original file and we will check it before printing.
What is the minimum order for eco-friendly bags?
Fifty pieces. Tell us the style, the material, and whether you need interior pockets or a zippered closure, and we will quote from there. If the bags are for a trade show, send the date as well and we will confirm what is workable.
