How many photographers do I need for my event?
One photographer covers most single-room events. For a conference with breakout sessions, a trade show floor or a large venue where things happen at the same time in different places, a second photographer covers both at once. Tell us the schedule and headcount and we'll suggest coverage.
How do I share the event photos with attendees and colleagues?
Edited images go into an online gallery that you can share by link with attendees, sponsors and your team. Download rights are included, so anyone with the link can save full-size files for social posts, newsletters or a printed recap. Same-day highlights are available as an add-on.
How far ahead should I book and when do I get the photos?
Book as soon as you have a date and venue, since event dates cannot move. Order one event, choose half-day or full-day coverage, and tell us the run of show and any must-have moments such as award presentations. Edited images are delivered in 5-7 business days.
