Can foamcore boards be used outdoors?
No. Foam board is a paper-faced product, so damp air softens the faces and rain will ruin a board quickly. Keep it indoors for presentations, easel signs, displays and event boards. If the sign has to face weather, choose corrugated plastic or a rigid PVC board instead.
What file should I send for a foam board print?
A PDF built at the finished board size with bleed on all four edges, fonts embedded or outlined, and images at 150 ppi or better at that size. Keep text and logos a half inch inside the trim. We check resolution, bleed and color before the board is printed.
How many foamcore boards can I order at once?
Order 1, 5 or 10. A single board suits one presentation or a directional sign; 5 or 10 covers a conference, a classroom set or a display that repeats around a room. Boards are made to order in Mount Ida, Arkansas, and ready in 5 business days.
