Media Kit & Press Materials: questions
What goes into a media kit?
A press release, short and long author bios, a book fact sheet and sample interview questions, plus author photos, your cover at several sizes and promotional graphics. Speaking topics, review copy information and your contact details are included.
What image sizes do I get?
Your book cover at several sizes, author photos and promotional graphics, at resolutions a print magazine or a website can use. We check every image before it goes into the kit, so nothing arrives too small to publish.
Do you tell me where to send it?
Yes. The kit comes with media list recommendations and submission guidelines, so you know who to approach and how each outlet wants to be approached. Sending the pitches and following up is your part.
