Which memo pad size works best on a desk?

4x6 fits beside a phone or in a pocket for quick notes. 5x8 gives room for a list or a message with details. 8.5x11 works as a full letter-size pad for meetings. All three print on one side, with your design set at the head of the sheet.

How should artwork be set up for memo pads?

Memo pads print without bleed, so keep the whole design inside the trim size and hold text and logos at least 0.25" from the edges. Send a 300 dpi PDF in vertical orientation. A light layout at the top or bottom leaves the middle of the sheet clear to write on.

How many pads should I order, and how many sheets each?

Quantities are 25, 50, 100 and 250 pads, and each pad can be 25, 50 or 100 sheets. A 50-sheet pad is a sensible default for a reception desk; 100 sheets lasts longer for heavy note-takers. Pads are ready in 5 business days after your file check.
