What gets moved during an email migration?
Mailboxes move in full, along with contacts, calendars and archived mail. User settings, distribution lists, auto-responders and signatures come across too, so staff sign in to a system that looks like the one they left rather than an empty inbox.
Will our phone numbers and call flows survive the move?
Numbers are ported to the new system, and call flows are recreated so a caller who dials your main line reaches the same place as before. Saved voicemail is migrated as well, so old messages are still there after the switch.
What happens if something goes wrong mid-migration?
Every migration is planned with a rollback in case the new setup does not behave. Pilot groups go first so problems surface on a handful of users, not the whole company, and pre-migration testing catches the obvious issues before anyone moves. Support continues for 30 days.
