How is the Platinum stand different from the Deluxe?
Both hold a printed banner and go up without tools. Platinum is the top of our retractable line and is the one to pick when the stand travels often and is set up and packed down repeatedly. Deluxe is the step up from a basic stand and suits occasional events.
How should I build the artwork file for a retractable banner?
Work at the full finished banner size in a vertical format, with extra image at the top and bottom for the rail and the base. Use vector logos and type where possible, and images at 150 ppi or better at full size. We check resolution, bleed and color before printing.
How many Platinum stands can I order?
Quantities are 1, 2 or 5. One covers a booth corner, a pair frames an entrance, and five equips a team running several events at the same time. Each stand takes its own printed banner, and orders are ready in 5 business days.
