What can be printed on a polyester lanyard?
Text and a logo, repeated along the strap. Event names, company names, sponsor marks and web addresses are the usual content. Polyester takes printed color well, so a two- or three-color logo holds its edges. Send your artwork and we'll confirm what fits.
What file should I send for a lanyard imprint?
A vector logo — EPS, AI, SVG or PDF — gives the cleanest result, because the artwork has to reproduce small and narrow. If you only have a raster file, send the largest version you have. We check resolution and color before anything is printed.
How many lanyards should I order for a conference?
Start with one per attendee, plus staff, volunteers and speakers, then add a margin for replacements and walk-ups. Lanyards without a year printed on them can be reused, so ordering a little over is rarely wasted. Send your headcount and date and we'll quote it.
