PVC board is a solid, rigid plastic sheet with a smooth face. Corrugated plastic is hollow, with flutes running through it. PVC is heavier and stiffer and prints sharper, so it suits signs that stay up and are read close, while corrugated suits short-term signs staked in a yard.
Can PVC board signs be mounted outside?
