Vinyl Banner (18oz) for long outdoor runs

The number is the weight of a square yard of the material. At 18oz the vinyl is thicker and stiffer than standard 13oz, so it flaps less, resists tearing at the grommets and takes a longer outdoor run. For a season outside, the heavier stock is the safer pick.

The edges fold back to form the hem, so keep text and logos at least an inch inside the trim and let background color run a half inch past it as bleed. Grommets sit in that hem at the corners and along the edges, clear of your artwork.

Choose a quantity of 1, 2, 5 or 10 and upload artwork built at 48 by 24 inches with bleed. A PDF with fonts outlined works best. We check the file for resolution, bleed and color, then print, hem and grommet each banner, ready in 3 to 5 business days.
