Can you make content changes to my site, or only technical updates?
Both. Content updates are part of the support side: swapping a photo, adding a page, changing hours or posting a new promotion. Send the change with the text and images you want used; the monthly report lists everything that was done.
How do I get started, and what access do you need?
Choose Basic, Professional or Enterprise and add it to your order with your site address. We'll then ask for admin access to the site and its hosting so updates, backups and monitoring can be set up. If you're unsure which plan fits, tell us how often the site changes and we'll recommend one.
