Which paper is best for a certificate that gets signed?
Choose 14pt matte or 13pt linen. Both have enough tooth for pen ink to dry properly, so a signature or a hand-written name will not smear or sit on the surface. Gloss looks brighter under a frame but resists ink from most pens.
Can I leave the recipient name blank and fill it in later?
