Which bottle label material holds up best on a chilled or wet bottle?
White BOPP and white vinyl are the usual picks: both are plastic films that resist water, so condensation and handling will not soften them. Clear BOPP does the same job while letting the bottle show through. Removable is for labels you plan to take off.
How do I size a label for a curved bottle?
Measure the flat area of the bottle, then subtract about a quarter inch on each side so the label does not wrinkle where the glass curves. Build the file at that finished size, at 300 dpi or as a vector, with an eighth inch of bleed all around.
How many bottle labels come in an order?
Quantities are 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000 labels. If you sell more than one product, order each design separately so the artwork and size match the bottle. Everything is printed in-house in Mount Ida, AR, and ready in 5 business days.
