What shapes can a magnet be cut to?
Any outline that fits inside the size you choose, from 2 x 3.5 up to 4 x 6. Simple, bold shapes work best. Very thin points, narrow necks and small cut-out gaps are worth avoiding, because they bend or tear when the magnet is peeled off a door.
How do I supply the shape I want cut?
Send the artwork with the cut outline as a separate vector path on its own layer. Run your background color 0.125 inch past that path so no white edge shows after cutting, and keep text and logos 0.125 inch inside it. A PDF keeps the path intact.
What is the minimum order for custom shape magnets?
Runs are 100, 250, 500 and 1,000. Because each order is cut to your outline, order 100 first when a shape is new and reorder once you have seen it on a fridge. Magnets are made to order in Mount Ida and ready in 5 business days.
