Die-Cut Bookmarks in 2 x 6 or 2 x 8
Bookmarks cut to a shape instead of a plain rectangle, in 2 x 6 or 2 x 8 inches. Printed on 14pt or 16pt stock with a UV, matte or soft-touch finish, so they last as long as the book.

Shaped, not just cut
A curved top, a notch or a full outline makes a bookmark someone keeps instead of a slip of paper.
14pt or 16pt stock
16pt stays flat in a book for years, while 14pt slips more easily into a paperback.
UV, matte or soft touch
UV keeps color bright and resists thumbing, matte cuts glare, and soft touch feels velvety in the hand.
Die-Cut Bookmarks: questions
Which coating is best for a bookmark?
UV coating is the hardest wearing and keeps color bright on a bookmark that gets handled every day. Matte cuts glare and suits a lot of small text. Soft touch feels velvety and reads as a keepsake, which suits an author or a gift shop bookmark.
How do I set up a die-cut bookmark file?
Build the artwork at 2 x 6 or 2 x 8 inches with 0.125 inch of bleed all round, and add your cut outline as a separate vector path on its own layer. Keep text and logos 0.125 inch inside that line, and export a single PDF at 300 dpi in CMYK.
How many bookmarks can I order?
Runs are 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500. A run of 250 suits a single title or one event table, and 1,000 or more suits a library, a school program or a shop counter. Bookmarks are ready in 5 business days after your file check.
