How many parts should an invoice set have?
Two-part gives the customer the top copy and keeps one for you. Three-part adds a copy for the office or a job file. Four-part suits a crew that leaves a copy on site, one with the customer and two at the shop. Every part carries the same number.
What should I send for a custom invoice form?
Send a print-ready PDF at 8.5" x 11" or 5.5" x 8.5", designed on one side with no bleed and text kept 0.25" from the edges. Leave clear ruled space for handwriting, and tell us the number you want the sequence to start at.
How many invoice forms come in an order?
Runs are 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 sets, and each set counts as one invoice whether it is 2, 3 or 4 parts. If the form is new, a run of 100 lets you use it for a few weeks before a larger reprint. Ready in 5 business days after your file check.
