Can you print work orders with my own fields and boxes?
Yes. The form prints from the artwork you supply, so the boxes, headings and terms are yours. Send it at 5.5" x 8.5" or 8.5" x 11" on one side. Ruled lines and check boxes reproduce well, though very light gray rules can fade on the lower parts of a set.
Will writing show up on all the copies?
Carbonless sheets transfer through pressure, so normal pen pressure reaches every part of a 2, 3 or 4-part set. Use a ballpoint rather than a felt tip, write on a hard surface and keep the set flat. Sequential numbering prints on every part, so copies stay matched.
What quantities do work order forms come in?
Order 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 sets. Start at 100 if the form is new and you expect to adjust the fields once your crew has used it for a week. Larger runs suit a settled form. Work orders are ready in 5 business days once your file passes our check.
