Gloss and matte are paper-based and suit indoor use on packaging, tags and mailers. Vinyl stands up to moisture and handling, so it works on bottles, coolers and anything that gets wet. Clear lets the surface behind show through, which suits glass and colored containers.
How do I set up a file for a shaped, cut print?
Design at the finished size with 0.125" of bleed past the cut edge, and keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside it so the trim never clips them. For a custom outline, supply the cut line as a separate vector path. Export a 300 dpi PDF in CMYK.
What is the smallest quantity of oval cut prints?
Runs start at 50 and go up through 100, 250, 500 and 1,000. Start at 50 if the shape or size is new to you and you want to see it in hand before committing to a longer run. Prints are ready in 5 business days after your file check.
