Does a coating change how rounded corners look?
Not much, so pick the coating for the look you want. Gloss brightens color, matte and soft touch feel calmer and hide fingerprints, and none gives a surface you can write on. All of them, on any weight from 14pt to 32pt, are available with rounded corners.
Do I need to draw the rounded corners in my artwork file?
No. Build the file as a normal 3.5" x 2" rectangle with 0.125" bleed; the corners are rounded after printing. Do keep logos and text at least 0.125" from every edge, and a bit further from the corners, so nothing important gets trimmed by the curve.
What quantities can I order rounded corner cards in?
Runs of 100, 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,500 per design. Because rounded cards stay presentable longer, a run of 250 or 500 goes a long way for one person. Once your artwork passes our file check, cards are ready in 5 business days.
