Should I choose 14pt or 16pt for presentation folders?
14pt is the standard folder weight and handles a normal stack of letter-size sheets. 16pt is noticeably stiffer, holds heavier inserts without bowing, and gives a more substantial feel for high-value proposals. Both print in full color on both sides.
How do I set up folder artwork?
The folder prints flat at 18x12 in horizontal orientation, then scores and folds. Add 0.125 inch bleed on every edge and keep text 0.25 inch inside the trim and away from the fold and pocket glue areas. Send the outside and inside as two pages.
What is the minimum order for folders?
Folders start at 100 and go to 250, 500 or 1,000. Every folder in an order shares the same stock, pocket layout and slit option, so decide on those before you upload. Your order is ready in 5 business days after the file check.
