Z-Fold Brochures for guides, maps and timelines

Both use two folds on one sheet, but a tri-fold wraps one panel inside the other, while a Z-fold alternates direction so the sheet opens like an accordion. The Z-fold has three equal panels and no tuck, which makes it better for content that runs left to right.

Set up the file at the flat size in horizontal orientation, with 0.125 inch bleed and a 0.125 inch safe zone, and divide it into three equal panels. Send the outside and inside as two pages, and keep headlines off the fold lines. We check the file before printing.

Runs are 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,500. If your content changes, the same sheet can be folded as a half, tri, gate, accordion or roll fold instead, on 80lb gloss, 100lb gloss or 100lb cover. Orders are ready in 5 business days after the artwork check.
