10" × 13" Catalog Envelopes: questions
Is a catalog envelope the same as a booklet envelope?
No. A catalog envelope opens on the short end and stands upright, which makes it easier to fill with a thick stack. A booklet envelope opens along the long side. Both are 10" × 13" here, so choose by how you plan to load them.
Will a magazine or a thick sample fit without bending?
Standard magazines, letter-size reports and flat sample packs sit inside at full size with room around them. For anything with real depth, allow for the thickness when you decide how much to put in, and keep the printing clear of the seams.
How many catalog envelopes should I order, and when are they ready?
Order 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,500. Because these go out for bigger sends — catalogs, media kits, sample runs — most customers order to a mailing list they already have. Envelopes are ready in 5 business days after your file passes our check.
