Should I choose a single window or a double window?
A single window shows the mailing address only, which suits letters and invoices where your return address is printed on the envelope. A double window shows both the mailing address and your return address from the document itself, so one layout covers everything.
How do I line my invoice up with the envelope window?
Place the address block so it sits inside the window when the sheet is folded in three, and leave a quarter inch of clear space around it so the address stays readable if the paper shifts. Print one page and fold it to check before you run the whole batch.
What do I need to send to order window envelopes?
Your logo as a high-resolution or vector file, the window layout you want, and a quantity of 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,500. Tell us if your return address should print on the envelope as well. Envelopes are ready in 5 business days after your file check.
