What fits inside a 6" × 9" booklet envelope?
A letter folded once, a saddle-stitched booklet, a small catalog or a few flat pieces together. It is the size to reach for when a #10 is too small but you don't want to jump to a 9" × 12" mailer.
How do I lay out artwork for a 6" × 9" envelope?
Work at the finished size in a horizontal layout, keep text and logos at least ¼" in from the edges, and stay off the flap and the glued seams. A 300 dpi PDF in CMYK is ideal. We check every file for resolution, bleed and color first.
What quantities can I order, and how soon are they ready?
Runs come in 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500. If these carry a monthly newsletter or a recurring kit, 1,000 saves you reordering; 250 suits a one-off mailing. Ready in 5 business days once your artwork clears our check.
