Should I choose a catalog or a booklet envelope at 6" × 9"?
Pick catalog if you fill by hand from the short end and the contents have some bulk. Pick booklet if you want the long side open so wide, flat pieces slide in easily. The outside dimensions are the same either way.
What should I send in a 6" × 9" catalog envelope?
It suits anything you don't want folded twice: a stapled report, a half-fold booklet, a photo set, or a letter with a few inserts. Set artwork at the finished size, keep text ¼" in from the edges, and send a 300 dpi PDF in CMYK.
How many should I order if I mail these every month?
Take your monthly send, multiply by how many months you want covered, then round up to 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,500. Printing 1,000 at once means fewer reorders. Envelopes are ready in 5 business days once your file passes our check.
