No fold in a contract
Signature pages and proposals arrive flat at full letter size, so nothing has to be flattened out first.
Print inside and out
Color can run edge to edge on the outside and inside, so opening it is part of the presentation.

Printed to order in our own shop, and every file is checked for resolution, bleed and color before it runs.
9" × 12" Booklet Envelopes: questions
Will letter-size paper fit in a 9" × 12" envelope without folding?
Yes. An 8½" × 11" sheet drops in with room on every side, so contracts, proposals and printed reports go in flat. Add a folder or a few tabs and it still closes, though a really thick stack is better suited to a 10" × 13".
How do I set up a design that prints inside the envelope?
Supply the outside and the inside as separate pages in one PDF, both at the finished size and both at 300 dpi in CMYK. Run background color past the trim so no white line shows, and keep text ¼" inside the edges, away from the flap.
What is a sensible quantity for presentation envelopes?
Runs are 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500. These usually go out one at a time rather than in a mass mailing, so 250 or 500 covers most of a year for a sales team. Your order is ready in 5 business days once the artwork passes our check.
