Where does the window sit on a #9 window envelope?
The window sits on the lower left of the face, the standard position for a #9. Fold your letter in thirds and the address block lands behind it. Print a sample on plain paper and fold it first if your letter template is unusual.
How do I keep my logo clear of the window?
Set your artwork up at 8⅞" × 3⅞" and keep the logo in the upper left corner, at least ¼" in from the edges and well clear of the window opening. Send a 300 dpi PDF in CMYK, and we'll flag anything that runs too close before printing.
How many window envelopes should I order?
Runs are 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500. Count how many statements you send in a month and multiply by twelve; most offices land on 1,000 or 2,500. Once the file passes our check, your envelopes are ready in 5 business days.
