Will this letterhead run through my office printer?
All four papers come as standard 8.5 x 11 sheets that feed through a desktop laser or inkjet printer. 24lb and 28lb bond are closest to normal copier paper. 70lb offset and linen are heavier, so load a smaller stack if your tray is fussy.
Where should I leave space for the letter text?
Keep your printed header, footer and any side elements near the edges and leave the middle of the page clear. Most desktop printers cannot print closer than about a quarter inch to the paper edge, so allow for that when you place a footer.
How many letterhead sheets should I order?
Runs are 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500. A 250 or 500 run suits an office that sends a few letters a week or expects details to change. 1,000 and 2,500 suit steady correspondence. Sheets are ready in 5 business days after your file check.
