Four printed surfaces
A cover, two inside pages and a back panel, so there is room for a real message and your details.
Scored so it folds clean
The fold is scored before it is creased, so the stock bends without cracking along the spine.
White or cream envelopes
Pick an envelope color with the order, or choose none if the cards go in a gift box or by hand.
Folded Greeting Cards: questions
How is a folded card printed on the inside?
The sheet prints on both sides before it is scored and folded, so the cover, the inside spread and the back panel all print in the same run. Send artwork for every panel you want printed, including the inside if you are not hand writing the message.
Should I leave the inside blank to write in?
Plenty of people do. Leave the inside unprinted for a hand-written note, or print a greeting and a signature line and only sign the name. 14pt matte and 13pt linen take pen ink well, while gloss resists it, so pick matte or linen if you plan to write.
How few folded cards can I order?
Twenty-five. Runs are 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500, so a short personal list and a full customer mailing are both workable. Every run is scored, folded and made to order in Mount Ida, and ready in 5 business days after your artwork is checked.
