Your photo, not a template
The card is printed from the images you send, so it looks like your family rather than a stock set.
Envelopes if you need them
Add white or cream envelopes with your order, or skip them if you already have a set on hand.
Gloss, matte or linen
Gloss makes photos brightest, matte cuts glare, and linen adds texture for a formal announcement.
Photo Cards: questions
Which paper is best for printing photos on a card?
Gloss gives photographs the most contrast and the deepest color. Matte softens reflections and suits a card people will hold under a lamp or write on. 13pt linen adds a woven texture that flatters portraits, though fine photo detail reads a little softer on it.
What resolution do my photos need to be?
Send images at 300 dpi at the size they will print — roughly 1,275 x 1,650 pixels for a 4.25" x 5.5" card. Use the original file from your camera or phone rather than a copy downloaded from social media, which is compressed and prints soft.
How many photo cards should I order?
Runs are 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500. Count your mailing list, then add a handful of spares for the people you forget and a keepsake copy for yourself. Cards are ready in 5 business days after your file check, so allow for that when planning a mailing date.
