What goes on each panel of a folded hang tag?
The front carries the brand and product name, the two inside panels hold care instructions, sizing, ingredients or a short story, and the back is a good place for a barcode area, a website or country of origin. All four print in full color.
How do I set up artwork for a tag that folds?
Lay it out flat as two spreads, outside and inside, sized for the open tag rather than the folded one, and mark where the fold falls. Keep type an eighth inch off the fold and the trim, and an eighth inch clear of the hole or slot. Send at 300 dpi or as a vector with bleed.
What quantities do folded hang tags come in?
Order 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 tags in a 2x3.5, 2x4 or 2.5x4 size. If you want them ready to tie, choose string as the hole option; otherwise pick a round hole for a tag gun or a slot for ribbon. Printed in Mount Ida, AR, ready in 5 business days.
