Shelf-ready in one step

A printed header turns a plain bag into packaging that hangs on a peg and shows the brand.

Front and back to use

Brand and product name on the front, directions, ingredients or a barcode area on the back.

Card stock with backbone

14pt, 16pt or kraft holds its shape on a peg hook instead of drooping under the weight of the bag.

Header Cards: questions

What size header card fits my bag?

Match the card width to the bag width so the edges line up, then pick from 2x3.5, 2x4 or 2.5x4 inches. The card folds over the top of the bag, so half the height shows on the front and half on the back. Measure your bag flat before you choose.

How do I lay out artwork for a header card?

Design the front and back as one flat sheet with the fold across the middle, and rotate the back panel so it reads right way up when folded. Keep type an eighth inch from the fold, the trim and the hang hole, and extend the background an eighth inch for bleed.

How many header cards should I order for a product launch?

Quantities are 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 per design. A hundred covers a first run or a craft fair; 500 and up suits a wholesale order. Order each product in the line separately so the name and details on each card are right.
