What is the difference between a #9 and a #10 envelope?
A #9 is slightly smaller than a #10, which is why it is the usual reply envelope: it slides inside a #10 outer envelope unfolded. Choose #10 if the envelope is mailed on its own or needs to hold a folded letter-size sheet.
Should I order envelopes with a window?
A single window shows the return address printed on the payment slip inside, so the payer does not have to copy it out. A double window shows that address and the payer's own address. Choose no window if you would rather print the address on the envelope itself.
How should I supply artwork for envelope printing?
Send a one-sided PDF at 8.625" x 3.625" in horizontal orientation with no bleed, keeping your logo and address at least 0.25" from the edges and clear of the window and the flap. Runs of 250 to 2,500 are ready in 5 business days.
