Which paper should I choose for club flyers?

80lb and 100lb gloss give bright color for a flyer that gets read and dropped. 14pt cover is the sturdy option for handing out on a busy night. 70lb uncoated is the one to pick if anyone needs to write on it, such as a contest entry.

How do I keep text from being cut off at the edges?

Extend background color 0.125 inch past the trim on every side and keep type, logos and anything you cannot lose 0.125 inch inside the trim line. Export a PDF at 300 dpi in CMYK, and we will flag anything sitting too close before printing.

How many flyers should I print for one event?

Runs are 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000. A single night at one venue usually runs on 250 to 500, and a season of dates or several drop points is where 1,000 and up makes sense. Flyers are ready in 5 business days after your file check.
