Tabloid Flyers: questions

Which stock is best for an 11x17 flyer?

100lb gloss is the usual choice for a tabloid flyer: heavy enough not to flop at that size, with a coated surface that keeps photos sharp. 80lb gloss is lighter and folds more easily. 14pt cover is rigid, more like a small poster, and 70lb uncoated suits text-heavy sheets.

What resolution does an 11x17 file need?

Build the file at 11x17 with 0.125 inch bleed on all sides and a 0.125 inch safe zone, and keep photos at 300 pixels per inch at the printed size. A letter-size image stretched to tabloid will look soft, so start from the largest original you have.

What quantities can I order?

Tabloid flyers run at 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000, printed on the front only or on both sides. Send one print-ready file per design, and we check it for resolution, bleed and color. Orders are ready in 5 business days after the artwork check.
