Which paper works best for a staggered cut flyer?

The 14pt cover holds its shape best, which matters when tabs are handled and flipped. 100lb gloss is a good middle ground with rich color. 80lb gloss is lighter and folds easily, and 70lb uncoated suits a plainer look you can write on.

How do I lay out artwork for the stepped panels?

Set up the file at the full flat size with 0.125 inch bleed and a 0.125 inch safe zone. Put each panel's heading in the strip that will show as a tab, and mark the cut lines on a separate layer so we can see where every panel ends.

What quantities and sides are available?

Order 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000 flyers, printed on the front only or on both sides. Two-sided printing lets you put details, maps or terms on the back of each panel. Orders are ready in 5 business days once the file passes the check.
