What paper is best for flyers?
It depends on the job. 80lb gloss is the standard choice for full-color flyers and photos. 100lb gloss is heavier and feels more substantial in the hand. 70lb uncoated has no shine, takes pen and pencil, and suits forms and order sheets. 14pt cover is a cardstock, for flyers that double as counter cards or inserts.
How do I set up a flyer file so nothing gets cut off?
Set the page to the finished flyer size and add 0.125 inch of bleed on all four sides, so an 8.5x11 flyer is built at 8.75x11.25. Keep text, logos and anything important at least 0.125 inch inside the trim edge. Export a PDF with bleed included. We check every file for resolution, bleed and color before it prints.
What is the minimum flyer order, and can I print both sides?
Flyers start at 250 and run up to 5,000 in steps of 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000. Every size can be printed on the front only or on both sides; for two-sided flyers, send a two-page PDF or one file per side. Printed in Mount Ida, Arkansas and ready in 5 business days.
